Yes. Every account starts with free credits and no card is required. Upgrade anytime for unlimited renders, more credits, higher resolution, and faster throughput.

How do credits work?

Pro and above include unlimited renders at your plan's included resolution, so day-to-day work doesn't touch your balance. Everything else costs credits, scaling with the image model and output size: from 2 credits at 1K, 3 at 2K, and 6 at 4K. Higher-quality models cost more. Plan credits refill at the start of every cycle and don't roll over. Top-up credits you buy are separate and never expire.

Do I need to write prompts?

No. You direct the render with real architectural controls (style, medium, vantage, time of day, weather, and format), or leave any of them on Auto and let Arqina choose. There's no prompt language to learn.

Will it change my building?

Accepted Answer

No. Your massing, geometry, openings, and camera stay exactly as you uploaded them. Arqina only rebuilds the lighting, materials, and atmosphere, so what comes back is your design, rendered.

Who owns the renders I make?

You do. Everything you generate in Arqina is yours to use, subject to our Terms of Service.

Can I use the renders for real projects?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Architects and studios use them for client presentations, pitches, and concept work every day. Just treat them as illustrative visuals rather than construction drawings, and have a licensed professional sign off before anything gets built or permitted.

Do you train AI on my uploads?

We may use what you upload to keep improving Arqina and the models behind it. You can opt out anytime by emailing privacy@arqina.com, and our Privacy Policy has the full picture.

How do I cancel?

Anytime, from your account settings. Your plan credits stay available until the end of the current period, and any top-up credits remain in your wallet.

How do I delete my data?

Delete individual renders from your dashboard whenever you like. To remove your account and all its data, use your settings or email privacy@arqina.com.
