Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Arqina (“Arqina”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our AI rendering service (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

Information we collect

• Account information. Your email address, display name, optional studio or company name, plan, and billing identifiers.
• Content you provide. The images, floor plans, and prompts you upload, and the renders we generate from them.
• Usage and device data. Timing and status of your generation jobs, credit-ledger entries, log and diagnostic data, IP address, browser type, and basic analytics about which features you use.
• Payment data. When you purchase a plan or credits, our payment provider processes your card details directly. We do not store full card numbers. We receive only a token and limited metadata (such as the last four digits and billing country).

How we use your information

• To provide, operate, and secure the rendering service you request.
• To process payments, manage credits, and detect and prevent abuse or fraud. This may include using device and network signals (such as your IP address) to protect the integrity of trials, credits, and free allowances.
• To improve the performance, reliability, and quality of the Service.
• To send transactional email related to your account and renders.
• To respond to your support requests and comply with our legal obligations.

How your content is processed

To generate a render, the content you submit is transmitted on a pass-through basis to the AI infrastructure that produces the output. We retain a copy of your input and output images so that you can access them from your dashboard. You can delete individual renders at any time from your account.

Public renders and marketing

By default, the renders you generate are public. We may feature public renders in our marketing and promotional materials, on our website, and in public galleries, and anyone with a share link can view them. If you are on a plan that includes Private mode (currently Pro and Studio), you can make new and existing renders private at any time from your account, which removes them from public and marketing use going forward.

Improving our models

We may use content you submit to improve and develop the quality of the Service, including the AI models and prompts that power it. You can opt out of this use at any time by emailing [email protected]. Opting out does not affect your ability to use the Service. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to identify you to third parties.

How we share information

We share data only with the third-party service providers we depend on to run Arqina (our hosting provider, our database provider, our AI inference provider, our payment provider, and our email provider) and only to the extent needed to operate the Service. These providers are bound to use the data only on our behalf. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public. We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Arqina operates globally, and the providers we use may process data in countries other than the one where you live. Where we transfer data across borders, we take steps to ensure it remains protected consistent with this policy.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

Data retention

We retain account and render data while your account is active. After you delete your account, we delete your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain billing and transaction records to comply with law. Residual copies may persist in secure backups for a limited time before being overwritten.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to safeguard your data and to address vulnerabilities promptly.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage much of this from your account, control the visibility of your renders (including Private mode on eligible plans), opt out of model improvement as described above, and unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time. Children

Arqina is not intended for anyone under the age of majority in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with an updated date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the product.
